Trinity's Table
A hot meal, twice a week, in the fellowship hall at 2516 South Tryon Street. It costs nothing and there is nothing to sign.
A shared meal, not a food line.
Neighbors come in and sit down at tables with each other. The food is homemade and there is always enough of it. Nobody counts what you take, and nobody asks you to explain why you came.
We eat together — the people who cooked, the people who walked in off South Tryon, the people who worship here on Sunday. There is no side of the room for guests and no side for helpers. Somebody usually prays before we start. People stay and talk long after the plates are cleared.
If you've never been, come hungry and plan to sit a while.
Come cook, come eat, come sit down.
Cooking, setting up, washing dishes, and eating are the same list. Come do any of it. You don't need experience, you don't need to be a member here, and you don't need to be doing well.
We also take donations of food and supplies. Reach out before you bring anything so we know what's coming.
